As everyone seems to be interested in recipes… Here is a new one, which can easily be used as a healthy dessert or again, as a pre or post workout snack (high in carbohydrates and proteins)
For a medium size loaf :

two sweet potatoes (maximum 300gr of sweet potatoes)
two medium size bananas
four eggs
30gr of coconut flour
45gr of hemp flour
spices (cinnamon… maybe ?)
pinch of salt
2 tsp of baking soda/powder
Preparation :
Cook the sweet potatoes. After they are well cooked, remove the skin. Then add them to all the other ingredients in a blender excluding salt and baking powder. Blend the ingredients and add the salt and the baking powder at the last moment and blend a little bit more in order to mix the final ingredients and obtain a nice dough.
Poor the dough in a mold (I like to use a silicone mold). Bake for 40 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 350F° or 170C°.
And “voilà”, a no cheat dessert and a left over for your next pre or post workout !
