After explaining the wonderful products that are coconut and hemp seeds, I would like, now, to give you one of the recipes I like to prepare for workout snacks.
For ten mini muffins (you can use the dough in any mold or even as pancake dough) :

one big banana
three eggs
two tbsp of shredded (or flour) coconut
one tbsp of hemp flour 65 kcal (or protein powder)
one tbsp of honey 64kcal (c : 17)
one tsp of cinnamon (or spices of your choice)
1/2 tsp of baking powder
1/2 of salt
Preparation :
Blend all the ingredients together to obtain a nice dough and poor the dough in a mold. Bake for 20 minutes in a pre-heated oven at 350F.
And “voila”, nice and convenient bites for your pre and post workout snacks !

63 kcal divided thus 6g from carbs, 3g from proteins and 2.5g from fat
